One suggestion Tony, I did it to mine, that garrish white Honda logo on body panels up to the neck, ya those. I peeled them off, took about 10 minutes, and if you don' like it, they can be replaced at any Honda shop for God knows how much moola, if ya get my drift. Like your bike.....
I was looking for the shift lever also but saw nothing???

Pannier racks from Webike Thailand. I had to remove the snorkel, reflectors, toolbox and shock mounting nuts, and upper rack bolts, to be able to lift the rack enough to put the main bracket on the bike. Then all the parts previously removed were reinstalled. The racks themselves went on very easily. These are made of mild steel and are very sturdy, but I'm not sure they'd be a lot of protection in an off. I have a couple different sets of panniers that I will be fitting. Pictures to follow.

Sedici 20L (I think) Panniers. I got these from Cycle Gear earlier this summer. I will have to fashion a strap to attach them to the rack, unless there are straps inside. I haven't looked. I set my Harbor Freight case on. I can still access the mounting holes. I think I will use this configuration for day trips. I have a set of Wild Heart 50L Panniers, and a Wild Heart bag for my camping gear. I will be test fitting those next.

What's the mount on top of the case?

Rotopax mount for fuel or water container.
How'd you waterproof the holes it so it didn't leak in wet weather? (I have been wanting to do this on my own case)

I have a lot of questions about this setup, with the dimensions and whatnot - I'll have to look at this again when I'm not working long hours. This is exactly as the setup that Nazbags said was a prerequisite for their bags, but I didn't know of a widely available rack at the time and this is my first time seeing it set up like this.

I bought some sealing washers. There is a great store in town called McFadden-Dale Hardware. They have all the things! Ace Hardware was great too, but they're all gone from Vegas.

I used two per bolt. Those Naz bags are nice!

Hey Tony how on Earth did you get webike to do anything useful? For the life of me I can't get webike Japan or Thailand to cooperate with me so I can order parts

I don’t know, but I haven’t had an issue with them.
Well fiddlesticks. I saw you post the picture of your new cargo racks and realize that I wanted them. So I went looking and found them amongst a few other items and I had been squirreling away a bit of money so I was like hey I can make this happen. Only to encounter both the Japan side and the Thailand side websites not working

If you can find the parts on one of the various WeBike country sites, then you can fill out the part info on this page to request a quote for buying it shipped to the USA:

I have had success doing this with quite a few different parts now, including tire chains.
It's not a problem with me finding the parts I get right down to putting in my credit card information and pushing order and it refuses

Hmm, it is a foreign purchase so your credit card company might not be authorizing it in an attempt to prevent fraud. Could try a different card. I have made many of my WeBike purchases over the years with PayPal and paid the currency conversion fee for that, costs more but it goes through and PayPal has some added layers of assurances (though they're a PITA if you ever need them).
