Why did you buy a Trail 125?

I bought mine for farm use and country roads. I also do a lot of beer runs with it. It can fit so many beers.

    Time from order to delivery?

The minute i got an email from Honda i called my dealer and put an order payment down. This was September of 2020. After 10 months of bugging them for updates on an ETA i was notified in August of 2021 that it was on its way to the dealer. I picked mine up early August and have been in love with...

Milwaukee Packout - how are you mounting it to the rack?

i just used 4 M10 bolts with an allen head insert and the four threaded holes already on the rack. That way i can use the allen key that came with the bike under the seat to remove and install quickly when needed. I also use a couple of bungee ties just to keep it from putting any extra stress...

    On Smooth Shifting....

I let it out slowly. I assumed it was like feathering the clutch. It drives much smoother if you don't just smash the shifter.

    Time from order to delivery?

I placed my order in Sept 2020 and picked it up August 4 2021. Almost a year of torture. I was 2nd in line at my dealer in KC.

    Last snow day!!!

It moved around pretty good. I put the shinko sr244s on it and for the most part it drove fine. It was pretty dry snow and was pretty grippy. 2nd gear was the sweet spot on continuing to move forward. 1st gear for the slide 2nd for the ride.

    Last snow day!!!

Hopefully this is the last day of snow we get but I couldn’t resist chasing my kids around the yard while they threw snow balls at me.

Best way to mount a box on the back?

I love the wood crate look. If you take the rack off you can really get the predrilled holes lined up well. I used a small piece of metal to score my drill holes with it mounted but i could have made it easier on myself if i'd removed the rack which i did to spray truck bed liner on it.

Best way to mount a box on the back?

I did this exact thing. I like the Milwaukee box a lot.

What did you name your bike?

Im a fellow KC owner. It would be fun to get all 125 bikes out for a ride through downtown.

    Show me your Tail (bags)

I like the Milwaukee crate because it’s rigid and enclosed but also drains. I strap all kinds of things to it.
