    Placeholder: 1k mile/24hour run

Man, I love the idea. I just don't think these things go fast enough to make 1000 in 24 hrs. Perfect roads, no slowdowns, eat on the fly, prob 8 fuel stops, find some time to eat and drink coffee. I'm rooting for ya! Wish you could do a live stream, that would be fun.

Take the Puppy to the Beach - A 50/50 Dirt/Paved route proceeding North from the Rhode Island Shoreline

Do you have a time planned for the ride? I am in Southern NH. Post when you narrow it down, sometime this Summer is pretty big window.

Good navigation app for these bikes??

Use a bicycle riding app? My garmin GPS has a bicycle feature. That keeps you off highways.

Front End Bounce after Tire Replacement.

I've been doing all my tires since mid 80s. I made this set up: shaft, 2 cones that push up to bearings in wheel, (or to inner casting of wheel like on tapered wheel brg harleys.) The two bearings on the end sit on jack stands, and the wheel can freely rotate until the heavy part comes to rest...

I think you're gonna love it.

F me. Got a flat in the rear today.

Flats are rare but painful. I carry everything to do a trailside patch. Hope I never need.

Front End Bounce after Tire Replacement.

I do my own tires and have had to go several tries to get the bead seated evenly on the Trail. On the first go, I had the hop the first gent spoke of. It was a challenge to get it seated evenly.

    Fishing Rod Holders

I carry a collapsible fishing rod and a small case of spinners and hooks. Keep it in the pack out box all the time, ready to fish anytime.

    Chain and sprockets

Skippy, if you will need low gearing 80% of the time, that large additional rear sprocket set up like on the early ct90s might be for you. Just keep a length of extra chain and master link to go around larger sprocket.

    Placeholder: 1k mile/24hour run

Wow, low mileage? My lowest ever was 120 mpg. I knew it would be a tough one to do 1000 mi/24 hr. I think with the right roads and frame of mind it could be done on the trail. I hope you still try, I love adventures like that. I just talked to an apholsterer and he is going to reconfigure my...

I take delivery on a 2024 Honda CT125 in May

I bought 2 of the 2022s and was just under 5k each out the door here in Southern NH. The price markup was forgotten before I rolled out of the parking lot. I wanted it and that was their price. My favorite bike to ride still.

    Factory Seat

Comfort? There is none to give up on the stock seat.

    Excited!

There's some in this forum of mine with the box on it. I'm just not tech enough to find it. I posted pics a year or so ago.

    Excited!

You are gonna love it! I have a 22 and it became my favorite bike to ride. Check out the pack out line of boxes by Milwaukee, for 75 bucks it locks, is red and is watertight. Drilled 4 holes through bottom to match the threaded holes in the rear rack to mount it.
