    Yeah, it's rare that I see them in my area too, which I find a bit odd since I live in a College Town and there is a Zero Dealer 10 Mins from me. Honestly, I think it's the price which keeps a lot of people away from them as I see lots of College kids zipping around on cheap electric Scooters.

    2022 CT125 4k miles Misfires Looses Power at WOT Solution.

    I hate to be the one to mention it but you may have a damaged (cracked) head. Not on Motorcycles but on engines in cars I've seen a head develop a hairline crack and cause intermittent rough running periodically. The fact that previously your Spark Plug was so loose could be another indicator.
