    Best non-BBK power mods?

i did. didn't do much. the main biggest primary reason this bike is so slow is the ecm tune. -primarily the timing curve-. you can throw all sorts of stuff at it, but the biggest gain is the ecm defeat/change etc. and IMHO there isnt a reliable replacement yet, like the groms and monkeys have...

What size JIS [Japanese Industrial Standard] screwdriver

Except.. it's not phillips. probably has to do more with calling it by the iso call out because of non japanese mfg facilities and suppliers these days, which is fine. But its in effect jis and not phillips. Also, the manual is not always error proof in descriptions, or at least, awkward...

What size JIS [Japanese Industrial Standard] screwdriver

the ones in the factory tool kits kit are JIS. just look at the tip, easy to spot the difference. If you want in impromptu JIS bit from a phillips set... belt sand about 1-2mm off the tip end, flattening it a bit. wont cam out any more. ;)

    Best non-BBK power mods?

use an oem injector if you can. amazon isn't a parts specialist. i de-catted my 21, it was 'ok' and def helped... but didnt do a *whole* lot. head pipe diameter was a way bigger game changer, which is why i went ahead and changed it. .

'238' cam, for lower end/midrange installed

unless you're going to throw it on a dyno to tune or fit a wideband to monitor, IMHO is just pissing money away.

    Best non-BBK power mods?

dyno jet got in trouble w the epa, and had to revise their programming on the pc6 vs the 5. they say its the same, it absolutely isn't, and IMHO, pretty garbage, especially since there's a 15% change max allowed unless you have the dealer/dyno jet tuner over ride codes. I fought w them for 4...

The new ads at the top suck

I do that with my site, I just run it for free including for vendors. about every 2 yrs i get some t shirts printed up and sell them.. don't make much but it offsets the cost a bit and people like t-shirts. Just saying. and yes, ad free. Google is a MF for sure sometimes...

    Best non-BBK power mods?

i've heard reports of both just 'resetting' while running. one reason i didn't go that way.

    Cheap parts chain oiler

Kawasaki H2s had these as well as a few other vintage bikes i've owned over the years, in various forms. Its a clever project for sure, but i never ran them on any of my bikes.

    Stripping a CT?

if you do, upgrade to bronze bushings or needle bearings . the stock rubber bushings are just garbage.

    Stripping a CT?

you painting the frame as well? I mean, i pulled all the body work off mine at one point early on , theres pics of it somewhere on here. from what i remember, the rear fender was way more complex that i felt it needed to be. But it wasnt bad.
