yup. and if you pull it you need to 're-prime' the tensioner. Well, you should but not 100% nec.... which is the m6 bolt on the LH side of the motor, behind the shifter, also with a copper washer, is for.

on some of the older 2ts... there is a similar plug, at a similar angle, with a spring, that actually holds the plunger to the selector cam on the shift drum.
