    A really good lens for the money is the Canon EFS 55-250, really sharp and fast focus which would be 88-400mm on a crop frame sensor, your 18-55 equals about 29-88 so you're covered pretty well. I did a lot of airshows and bird photography with mine until I got serious and bought more lenses...

    Extra gas rotopaX

    I have a rotopax I had on my dr650, I thought about mounting it on my CT but it gets 120mpg with a range of about 150 miles and I fill up before going anywhere so if I'm off road I doubt I'll ever run out before that and if I do I'd fill it with Preparation H instead.;) People really ride these...
