    JA65 Big Bore Kit 145cc

I have a 2023 (greenie) and just installed the ARacer with the afr module. Contact HardRacing for specific nfo on purchasing. If your only planning to run the ARacer with the afr module you won't need the splitter cable... Honestly,,,, the ARacer with the afr module has to be one of the best...

    Would I need a tune?

With just the exhaust you can probably get away with it. Adding anything like a performance type of airfilter and I would think you risk running (an already lean) afr even leaner. So I agree with @JPMcGraw. You might want to think about the EFIE mod and injector with exhaust and performance...

    JA65 Big Bore Kit 145cc

Thank you sir! Got a buddy that will weld up the o2 bung on Sunday so I will be messing with the bike all weekend. I did call "HardRacing" back and 2 diff folks confirmed that the splitter was not needed so I will definately let you guys know whats up once I get everything put together. I...

    JA65 Big Bore Kit 145cc

Ahhhhh ok,,, time to call the shop back, I assumed incorrectly that the 02 sensor and module were specifically for the autotune function of the setup and that the guy I spoke to would know that the cable was therefore needed. Thank you for the clarification of the ecu location and the video...

    JA65 Big Bore Kit 145cc

WhooHoo!!! Just received some goodies from "Hard Racing" yesterday (Aracer ecu and O2 sensor). I have a buddy that might be able to weld in the bung for the O2 sensor this weekend hopefully! To anyone that has completed this mod, access to the ecu itself? I know generally that it is located...

    JA65 Big Bore Kit 145cc

Hard to say, I added the intake with the cylinder kit so kinda hard to compare. It was a bit of chore to get it to fit. Had to modify/enlarge the hole that the oem intake hose went through on the air filter box/cover but overall not too bad. I'll have to snap a few pics next time I have it...

    JA65 Big Bore Kit 145cc

Fantastic! Thank you for the detailed response! You've got me much more convinced and closer to pulling the trigger on the Aracer setup. Like I mentioned previously, we are running almost identical setups. I went with the 145cc light bore low compression kit (from Yuminashi), SS241 cam...

    JA65 Big Bore Kit 145cc

Awesome job! Would love to hear more about the A-racer and bung install! Was it pretty straight forward? I'm currently running a pretty similar build myself minus the A-racer (chose to go the Efie route set at 250mv). I saw a video of a guy (Ozarks Garage) on YouTube where he removed the...

    cam cover w/crank case breather

Correction,,,, The breather tube vents into the actual filter box section of the bike on the left side of the bike... and same as the drip tube... bottom of the filter box compartment. Thanks again for any input anyone might have!

    cam cover w/crank case breather

Hi all! I recently added a vented cam cover and routed the breather tube from the cover into the existing crank case breather tube. I notice that there is a pretty noticeable oil drip that is now present from where the crank case breather tube vents inside the left side cover of the bike near...

    Instant regret?

The look on the faces of other (ct-trail)riders as you pass them doing 55mph+ uphill would be priceless!!! Not to mention the jealousy!!! hahahaha :ROFLMAO:

testing the efie with an actual wideband

Hey Folks! As promised, I'm reporting back with an update! What can I say? Everything from the install, performance, the gratification/satisfaction of the efie mod as well as the yoshi pipe, dhm s1cam and pcx150 injector ALL went very smooth! I took my time and did not rush the job, got...

testing the efie with an actual wideband

Awesome! Thank you "m in sc"! I will give it a go hopefully in the next few days. Fingers crossed I will report back with good results! I do have one other question for you, When setting the mv output on the efie device, can this be done stand alone with just the efie device powered up to a...

testing the efie with an actual wideband

Thanks Selly! Yes! Great videos for sure! Actually was partially inspired by his videos to begin with! (not sure if I should thank him or not) lol What I'm looking for is weather or not stripping the plastics off completely is needed to wire up the efie device? I know he does in one of his...
