    Front Brake

You might check the difference in piston diameters between the original and replacement master cylinder’s. I believe your original is 12mm. Some of the replacements I’ve seen can be 15-18mm. Usually has more effect on lever throw than the actual lever feel. Hope this helps.

    Ebikes

Oh - I forgot to mention; My no-pedal range is only about twenty miles on the flats. Hope this helps.

    Ebikes

I have a RadRunner II and I love it. Bought it during my 1-1/2 years on the waiting list. Very easy to hop up and bling out. FYI - The RadPower bike forum is about ten times bigger than this one with lots of good info. I’ll never give up my Trail (as much as my dealer would like to buy it back)...

    Adventure Riding Pegs - DIY

I’ve been on the hunt for some larger foot pegs that are better suited to my size 12’s but haven’t had much luck. First, no one makes a product that they say will actually fit the CT125. The generic cast aluminum ones on Amazon don’t appear to get good reviews from the people that have actually...

    MSR fuel bottle

Just as an FYI to anybody interested; you can get a similar bottle from Primus in 1.5 liter (51 oz.). Don’t waist your time with the Chinese brands on Amazon. The aluminum is so thin at the neck you can see the threads from the outside of the bottle. Hope this helps.

What did you name your bike?

I rode a red Ducati Multistrada for many years that I called Rocenante after Don Quixote’s horse. I guess this one should be Dapple which was Sancho’s donkey.

    Dual Hydraulic Brake Levers

These were a strong second choice for me in that they appear to be near clones for the stock Honda lever. Can’t guarantee that they will work but they had all the right features. Left + Right 8mm Brake Master Cylinder Lever Mirror Hole for GY6 50cc 125cc 150cc 250cc Scooter Moped...

    Dual Hydraulic Brake Levers

These levers do not mention whether or not they include brake light switches. I would assume not. Therefore you would need banjo bolts that include pressure switches to active the lights. Also not mentioned is the thread pitch for the banjo bolts. It will either be 10mmx1.00 or 10mmx1.25. Either...

    Dual Hydraulic Brake Levers

Hey aiad_78 I just took a little more time to revisit those levers you picked out on Amazon. They’re pretty cool. Axial pistons which would make the install a no brainer but BE ADVISED; There is no provision for mounting the mirror stems and the diameter and stroke of the piston has not been...

    Dual Hydraulic Brake Levers

Sorry not skilled at adding links from my phone. They’re there. They are described as “tap-in fittings”. You would need the teardrop style and select Honda brand. I did not see/try those. The basic requirements are there correct but I can’t be responsible for saying those will work for you. I...

    Anyone Else Using AllTrails App?

Haven’t seen it mentioned here but has anyone else discovered the the AllTrails app? I have it on my iPhone. Based on your location and outdoor interest it will list all the great places to go in your area with maps (plus 3d maps for elevation) and GPS tracking. Free version and a $29/year...

    Dual Hydraulic Brake Levers

Details regarding this modification will depend on the specific components you choose but I can offer some helpful tips. 1. The Adapter (Gadget): If you intend to retain your brake pedal this is the only safe method. Otherwise you can can also pipe directly between the lever and rear caliper and...

    Dual Hydraulic Brake Levers

The topic has been discussed on other posts but I thought someone might be interested in seeing it actually done. I lost my right leg in the Vietnam war. For me to operate the rear brake I have to take my foot off the peg and actuate the pedal using the heel of my prosthetic foot. Awkward but...

    Reserve Fuel container options.

Thanks for the advice. I sold it on Craigslist for $1500 in three days. My phone never stopped ringing with local buyers.

    Reserve Fuel container options.

Your post is encouraging. I’m about to list a running (badly) CT110. I’m hoping for $600. It has that tank in near new condition plus a very rare genuine Honda front rack plus hi/low gearbox. Hope it sells. I need the garage space.

    Reserve Fuel container options.

I opted for having the stove AND refrigerator.

I finally saw another CT125 in the wild! (Ballard, Seattle)

I went to TSP twice this week on my bike. Wednesday and Thursday but did not encounter anyone at any stoplight. Must be three of us in Seattle.

    Tires Megathread

This is helpful. Could you please say what brand/model 3 inch tire you are using? I will probably not be making my choice until next spring after the factory tires wear out.

    Tires Megathread

Greetings from Seattle. This is my first post. I’m here sitting outside in the sweltering heat studying my two week old bike while enjoying an evening toddy and a good cigar. I’ve read all the posts regarding tire alternatives and have have discovered something that makes me want to say hmm...
