UGH! HORRIBLE screw up- stripped oil drain
On my truck, I use a Futomo ball valve...for the thread, you might look at helical thread repair kit? Or take it to a pro shop and have it done...- Msfitoy

Roof Top Tents. Yay or Nay?
I didn't keep track TBH...the large base takes about 12hours and the smaller panels 8-10...pretty much overnight printing for roughly a week...that's not counting failed prints and back to set up...repeat... I forgot to mention that I can get in without dropping the tailgate and keep my CT...- Msfitoy

I really want to do this but in order to make sure I have the dimensions correct and start the build, I need to take everything off the bed...that involves lifting the RTT, removing the custom rack and lighting then removing the Diamondback bed cover...just have to bite the bullet and get going...- Msfitoy

I'm working on a micro camper for my Ranger's 5' bed that'll fit under a 7' garage door...89 cubic feet with AC, heat, power, seating area and a permanent 4" thick memory foam 75" x 31" mattress...I'll be selling my RTT set up...- Msfitoy

Class Bs are way too expensive and scream RV so parking them at work and daily driving is just not practical. A van based camper was and is still perfect for both worlds...I used my Vanagon for daily commutes and go camping at a whim since my bed and gear is already with me...I hope they do...- Msfitoy

I had 3 Westfalias long ago...wish I'd never sold them...they're more expensive now than when they were new...VW's pulling back on EVs due to lack of customer interest with their current offerings...hopefully, they get the message and just bring back the van camper with ICE...- Msfitoy

Diablo seat review.
Although the Diablo is harder, it passes the two hour ride test and I'm still finding the limit of comfort...the stock seat feels comfy soft but hurts like hell around two hour mark...- Msfitoy

The remote is armed and locked under the seat...loud enough when bumped or moved to get attention...I won't hear it deep inside a store but at least the people in the parking lot will and might ask what's up...- Msfitoy
