    Diablo seat fitted

The Diablo seat finally arrived in England from Thailand (from 1st Autos - good, reliable people - my racks came from them also) and it was worth the wait. Well constructed and a perfect fit. 2 nuts and 5 minutes and it was on. Locking mechanism works fine. Way more comfortable than the standard...

    Centre push trim fixings

I have managed to push out/through and lost the centre piece of one of the plastic trim fixings (on the battery cover). Anyone know what they are officially called and where they can be purchased from?

    Speedo accuracy

Can you help with this at all please? The speedo on my new CT is running very slow, approximately 10mph slow. I thought is felt wrong so I checked it with a gps app and 33mph on the speedo is 43mph on the gps. I have switched it between miles and kilometres a few times but that does not...

    Oil filter

The later CT's have a small oil filter fitted. Does anyone know anything about changing/servicing that? I don't have the later manual yet which I guess will cover that. Is it a replaceable paper filter or a cleanable one? Many thanks, Ray.

    Spark Arrester

I live in wet damp England where forest fires are not exactly an issue, so I was thinking about removing the spark arrester. 2 reasons: 1, so that I do not have to clean it periodically as per the manual. 2, in case it frees up the exhaust flow a little, without upsetting the stock fueling or...

Does the new high compression engine come with an oil filter?

I am seeing that the new high compression engines on the latest CT's appear to have an oil filter (underneath the engine on the righthand side behind the footbrake lever). Is that true or is the cylindrical component there the starter motor? I have a CT due for delivery in the UK very soon and...

    Best Crate?

Although my CT has not arrived with me in the UK yet I have already bought the crate! I did some research and looked for the best crate. Many favour Big Ant I think and there are plenty of others, but I finally ordered this one from Japan:-...

How many CT's in the UK?

Hello. I am in the UK and (not very) patiently waiting for my green CT125 to ship in from Thailand. I should finally get it, registered and on the road in April. Can't wait. Meanwhile I am wondering how many CT's have made it to the UK. I have never seen one in the flesh, but I know there are...

    Dip sticks!

I guess this has been covered before, but I am seeing conflicting views: When checking the engine oil level do you screw the dipstick all the way in or rest it on top of the threads? There would be quite a level difference between the two I think.
