I know the ARacer Minis and PowerCommander V run around $400 new for the Grom, but that doesn't help with the CT125. I reached out to Dynojet and they still said they haven't had their hands on a CT125 yet, them and plenty of others! It's a shame because I have used Dynojets for years and would have preferred that option.

Thanks for the reply... I've just 'bit the bullet'(ouch...!!!) and ordered the Fi unit(I already have the cylinder(143)/Cam purchased as separate items) together with an uprated oil pump/cam chain tensioner/crank end extra bearing kit.

Your photo record of the fitting, paticularly of the Fi unit and any comments would be much appreciated by many here and other places. Like many 'old school' the dirty greasy bits are no problem...however the new fangled 'electrickery' is off-putting... If it works well, I'll be getting a 181 cylinder in due course.

Hey it's only money...shrouds have no pockets...:(...and those pension cheques are relentless...:)

P.S. I'm U.K. based with a Thai grey 'import' as CT125's are not available in Europe...cost Approx. $6000 U.S. equiv. And I've already spent approx. another $1500.U.S on the 'farkles'....there you go... in sensible terms, makes it 'nonsense' I paid less money for a brand new RE Interceptor last year, however since when has 'biking been 'sensible'

oh, i get it. Trust me, w all modified bikes i currently have I would normally be all over it. I'm not looking to go any further engine mod wise w the CT125, i went way down that rabbit hole on the grom back in 14/15/16. lol. . if anything, i'll wait for DHM to crack an ecu and get one of those. looking fwd to seeing the results though.

Just got back from Moab Utah where I was able to test out the Yuminashi 143 kit with cam, Yoshimura exhaust, 120 fuel injector and EFIE mod. So far I am quite pleased. I opted for the Yuminashi over Takagawa as "M in SC" showed a pic of both pistons and the Yumi had holes drilled to allow better oil penetration. I've only got about 100 miles and have not really opened it up yet. I'm headed to Death Valley next week and will be able to post up a more detailed account after that trip. But so far so good.

I can say that in lower RPM's the bike has noticeably more torque. As of right now I am quite happy with the results.

My Takegawa 143cc kit w/ cam and FI controller arrived today. Looking forward to getting it installed. More snow tomorrow, so I'll be out riding :D Hopefully get a warm day end of the month or early Feb to get it installed.

Don't forget to clearly show the 'electrickery' connections and your best place for positioning the unit...mine sure looks tight with the plastic off...
