2022 trail 125 engine tick at idle

Hello,

I have a new 22 trail 125 and at idle it sounds like a ticking. Is that normal?

Sounds are pretty subjective, but no ticking sound has ever stood out on my CT125 at idle. If your dealer is conveniently located and useful you could demonstrate the sound to them, otherwise you could try tracking it down yourself with some troubleshooting and a listening stick.

It is fuel injected...

its an aircooled single with rocker arms, there will always be -some- mechanical noise.
