2026 Chiba Cub Meeting

An hour or so drive north... and with the public holiday, an excuse to get out!



There's generally always a Cub or two to be spotted on any given day, but with the Cub meeting on, it was Cubs all over time.







Front boxes were interesting on this 'Tour Cub'.

My first ride was a Joker, and I still love their style.

I thought the barrel was a top box, but no, it was a barrel and full of drink - which was then offered to me.



The faux-propane tank was though a top-box.





More Cubs than I've seen in one place before.

Looks like a great time with awesome bikes, thank you for sharing! I especially like the customized Toy Story Cubs. Here in the USA if you go to the larger motorcycle events, you chance seeing International Harvester and John Deere themed bikes paired in a similar way.


That Electrified EZ Cub appears to be a Felo FW-03. In addition to that electric scooter styled after the Honda EZ90 Cub, Felo also have an electric scooter model called the Felo M1 that is styled after Honda's Motocompo.


That's certainly the type of event that would lure me onto another trip to Japan

There was a few sets of paired machines, and interesting to see in the US as well.
Yes, the EZ Cub was from a firm that had a range of such machines (but I focused on the Cub for here!).
