I use an old Pelican 1520 case for every day use. If I need a little more I've adapted these British gas mask bags to bolt to the side of the Pelican. The German bread bag on front carries my flat repair tools and a spare front brake lever. A MOLLE first aid bag on the handlebars to carry my paperwork, camera and gloves. If I'm going for several days I unbolt the Pelican and throw on the Wolfman Ridge line duffel, it holds all of my camping gear. I like military surplus for off road, it's cheap, tough and adaptable. Oh yeah, I welded a 2" washer to the bottom of the kick stand for a better footprint in the soft stuff.

Nicely done. I had just about every piece of Wolfman stuff they had. But it was all stolen from my storage unit a year ago. Still pissed.

I have a tail bag and a couple tank bags left. I'm not excited about their new rubberized line.

I love that duffel, it spent a few years on the back of my Yamaha TW200's, it's a great bag for moto camping.

The military bags adapt to motorcycle use really well, I like them and use them in several ways.

How did you remove the latch?
I opened the seat and took off the rear plastic tank cover, then I took out the three bolts holding the bracket the latch is mounted to. Then I removed the latch from the bracket then put it back together without the latch.
