I’m 5’2” and I want to be able for my feet to comfortably touch the ground while on the seat. I don’t expect to flatfoot it seeing as how the seat height is 31.5”. I keep reading it’s a great bike for shorter riders, but after seeing some pics of guys that appear to be 5’6” on the balls of their feet, I’m not so sure the Trail 125 will be a god for for me, which is a shame because I think this is the coolest bike I’ve seen in ages. I actually put a deposit down and I was told it could very well be delivered tomorrow.

The best way to tell will be to sit on it on the dealership floor and get a feel for it yourself. It being a light bike, a step through (you can stand up in front of the seat at a stop), and an automatic should add to the comfort even if you end up on tippy toes sitting on the seat. You could achieve a lower seat height with a lower profile or thinner seat (https://k-speed.com/en/collections/ct125-parts/products/k-speed-ct44) or lowering via suspension (can get iffy with handling). If you need any inspiration or tips, look up Jocelin Snow, she's a 5ft tall adventure rider and off-road instructor who rides big BMW GS bikes.

For my BMW I had 1/2” added to the soles of my usual riding boots - it made all the difference …

It being a light bike
Hmmmm, tied for the heaviest in the garage with the 450x’s. The old ct bikes were 100#’s less….
If you really can get it tomorrow I’d do whatever it takes to make it happen, a super fun bike! Buy it, get a different seat, it is tall, and if you can’t make it work I would guarantee you can get every penny back with a few hundred miles on it…. I may know a guy!

Angie is 4'10 and rides her super cub just fine. however, 1 foot down at a time only. I bought a set of shocks at treatland that i put on mine, that actually have adjustable height (the whole body, not the preload). might give you an additional inch. trail is a slight bit taller but she can ride it.
