I like that. I have a back rest on my milk crate and it really helps me a lot comfort wise.

Looks like it would be a stable place to lash things to also.

I bet it fits. A lot of times they just haven’t tested it on other year models.

That's just Amazon stating it doesn't have it listed as a confirmed fit. The grab handle is the same on all years, so if it fits one it fits the others just the same. It looks like the metal bracket may be unique to the CT125, but the pad itself looks generic so may or may not be comfortable at that position.

I have that one on my 2024 and it fits fine. I like it.

The kemimoto back rest on the seat grab handle sets to low for my liking-but I modified it to the milk crate for my big frame 6’3 -it sets just below shoulder blades and is quite comfortable now -I also can use the rear rack threaded attachment screws to move the whole crate up/back for the best back rest support position
