Bike lift/stand

I’m looking for a compact and simple way to lift my CT125 in order that my aged bones can work on it in relative comfort. I see there are a number of scissor lifts that might affordably do the job. Does anyone have experience of these (or other types) that work? It should be able to slide under the engine/centre stand area and afford me about another ten inches or so of clearance under the bike

Something along these lines perhaps?

I don't think the CT125 is designed to be lifted from the skid plate or the engine guard tubes, they don't seem beefy enough for its weight. You might want a full length lift that extends past the tires and has tie-down points to do it safely. They're pricey, even the Harbor Freight one runs $500. Can sometimes find a good price on a used one of higher quality on Craigslist though.
