There are some aftermarket options as well. I switched to EBC onces (FA375HH front, FA343HH rear) because the OEMs kept squeaking for me.

When you pull the front caliper you will find that it has two Honda ALOC bolts (90131-KGH-900, #15 in this diagram) that are pre-treated with a thread locking compound. Per Honda's service manual, these are single-use bolts and to be replaced each time they are removed. They don't tell you why that is, if it's because they're worried about a skew of breakaway torque values when people replace the thread locking adhesive and re-install it to the torque spec they have provided, if the fastener is considered compromised by elongation after it's been torqued to spec once, if selling the extra bolts makes their shareholders happy, or some other reason.
I just cleaned them up, applied some fresh liquid threadlocker, and re-installed them. Happy to report it hasn't killed me yet, but had I known this in advance I would have spent the less than 2 bucks to do it by the book and not given it any more thought.

Wow that's Great information! Thank You very much. Stuff I would not have considered. Probably would have just jumped into it figuring it out as I go. That was so kind of you to supply all that. I'm glad I came on this forum asking a dumb question that I should have figured out myself. Thanks!!
