Yeah, maybe blasphemy in either camp.
But still -- Both of those bikes, the Trail-125 and the TW-200, appeal to the same instincts, the same settings ... the same sort of riders.
What are your thoughts, comparing the pros/cons of these two "timeless" little motorcycles.

[Considering its long journey from 50cc to 125cc, the Trail-125 style has been around even longer than the TW-200.]

I've wanted to love the TW. Worst motorcycle wreck I ever had was on a TW. Haven't cared to get back on.

I have a Marine Di Blasi R7E moped that I bought new 25 years ago...fuel valve went bad and haven't run it in almost 10 years but in great condition...need to get her back on the road...I also have one of the original Japanese Pocket Racer Bike that's like 40" long and does 45mph!

a ridge overlooking Lake Guntersville, AL.
Test rode a TW200 someone sold back to dealer after 200 miles. Was short a gear for me and seemed under-powered. I told the dealer I would take it for $4000 he added a bunch of up charges so it was almost $5000. I walked. A year later I drop that amount x2 on the CT125s which are not in the same class but seem to sit and feel better but still under-powered. Something I decided was OK for these bikes for intended use.
