13 or 15 tooth front sprocket, no need to swap out chain (108 links). Rear sprocket change = chain swap.

Yep, Gearing Commander says going from 14T to 13T front would only require moving the rear wheel back 0.11" with the same 108-link chain. Just a minor tension adjustment.

JT Sprockets JTF273.15 should fit it.
Just know that it may cause an ABS error and will skew the speedometer and mileage readings.

I think the 15T will fit, but make sure there is enough clearance. At some size of larger sprocket you need to replace the sprocket guard.

There's a specific scenario I've been considering that makes having a 15T appropriate so I ordered one, and will fit it for testing when I swap the chain next. To verify, the worry here is with the chain fitted that the clearance around the 15T will not be enough for the chain to pass around the sprocket without striking the OEM guard?

Yes, exactly that. You could probably hold the 15T up with the sprocket cover removed and eyeball if that concern is valid or not.

Yeah, I figured I could just throw it on with a lazy install, wrap the chain around it to eyeball it but not bolt it to the plate to verify, but considering how many people have tested it and how few have mentioned needing to buy the bigger guard, I figured that limit was 16T.

Sounds like a non-issue for 15T then (y)

The sprocket guard I'm talking about is the horse shoe shaped one made of steel that is attached to the inside of the plastic front sprocket cover. That's what would hopefully prevent a chain from punching through the crankcase if it were to break or pop off.

I know which one you mean. I thought it would scuff the first time I removed the sprocket cover. Thanks for clarifying.
