Hi there fellow riders, I've just registered here and thought I would share a few upgrades I've done to mine since purchased in 2020.

Something not engine related is I can confirm crf100/xr100 fork springs fit straight into to CT forks and are an improvement.

I brought a YSS upgrade kit from ebay and while the valving kit was nice the springs are way to soft.

I added a bbr heavy fork spring kit to my crf100 a while ago and had the original springs still so after a quick check in they went.

I did remove the spacers that are run this the stock ct125 springs Something that would be obvious if you were to see them.

Another mod I've just done (Covid-19 lockdown here) is fitted a 5 speed close ratio transmission set.

No 5th gear is not higher than 4th gear on the stock set but the added ratio helps heaps everywhere because that 3rd gear to 4th gear gap is massive.

Of coarse also a big bore kit because there so cool and easy just a 143cc kit with cam, longer valves double springs etc aswell as oil pump upgrade.

I'm still running the stock ecu and its working fine even with a larger injector.

(Am waiting on remapped ecu to arrive)

I run an exhaust from a 2019 crf250r (1 side) which sounds way better without that horrible pit bike sound.

Hopefully this helps people out most of my parts have come from www.yuminashi.eu easily found with a Google search for ct125 performance parts

That's way to long back to drinking

very cool. this is very interersting. . whos doing the ecu? Ive had hit and miss success with yuminashi stuff. 6 or 8 hole injector? ive thought about the 143. I had a 164 bb on my grom for along time before i went 170 4v... but ecu upgrades were much easier on them.

@DanW
Can you comment on the XR100 fork springs?
How do you like them vs the YSS? Did you keep any parts from the YSS kit when you installed the xr100 springs?

Thanks!
