Diablo seat fitted

The Diablo seat finally arrived in England from Thailand (from 1st Autos - good, reliable people - my racks came from them also) and it was worth the wait. Well constructed and a perfect fit. 2 nuts and 5 minutes and it was on. Locking mechanism works fine. Way more comfortable than the standard Honda seat and the rear upswept lip seems to protect you from the dreaded metal bar. The seat and the bar are closer together and on the same level. Although the seat is firm, it is comfortable and I like the look of it too. All in all a good result. See the photos. Recommended.

I was getting some kind of Charlie horse in my left side hip from the stock seat. Riding half an hour was almost impossible. Switched to the Diablo seat and fixed that issue. I can ride a couple of hours now and no pain whatsoever.

I got a Charlie horse in my left hip too on the way home after I bought it, the 50 miles 1.5hr. ,as I varied my speed on a back road all the way home. I have a Diablo seat on the way from Thailand, actually it has not even shipped yet. Ordered like 5 days ago, I got the full diamond pattern slim seat ordered, looks like the one in this post. The stock seat is maybe ok for a kid on a mini bike, but for adults, come on Honda, what’s up with that? Your new seat looks really nice. Are there off-road trails in England or just a few dirt roads?
