I don't live in West Australia anymore, but since I moved to Washington I guess the W.A. to WA still works. Been wanting a modern version of a CT110 for yonks - even in Australia, where for some reason I was never able to find one except for clapped out postie bikes that might as well have been purchased just for the VIN. Putting it bluntly, I committed to not buying the Postie bike until they went EFI and I wasn't paying rent for parking... in 2004.

Considering Honda hadn't updated the design in quite some time by that point, it seemed like a pretty unlikely thing to happen. Now that Honda released the Trail 125, I'm now hunting around the west coast looking for one. Wasn't having any success locally (local dealer literally told me, to my face, that they're not taking deposits anymore). I'm on a few lists but I'm still looking around to find one.

Aside from that... 5 quick facts about me:
  • I know what it's like to stand on top of a plane while not wearing a parachute and the pilot does a barrel roll.
  • I have bicycled over 70,000 mi since coming to the states in 2008. I also had a V-Strom 650 during this time that I separately clocked up 12,000 mi on before selling it for the same price I bought it for.
  • In my spare time I build things. Usually custom fabrication type stuff with 3D printing, but sometimes woodworking.
  • I'm absolutely a numbers and data guy, with niche interests. If you see me doing something like trying to ride 600 mi on a Trail 125 in a single day, it's probably because I ran some numbers somewhere and figured out it was ok.
  • If you find me doing something for fun, it's probably related to dogs. I have a Norwich Terrier and my girlfriend's dog was supposed to be a Boxer-Lab X, but ended up being a Belgian Malinois X GSD.
