I called around and found 1 trail 125 within a 5 state radius, went in the next day and bought it in a smaller Mom and Pop shop in Va. It fit in the back of my Jeep Grand Cherokee, although I wouldn't recommend it.. I had no choice really.. bike did leak a small amount of fuel after a 3 hour drive 10 miles from home.. luckily I had a tarp down just in case. $4,800 out the door excluding tax and tags

We need a ride report!!
I took it out in a field so far behind my house, waiting for my helmet to come in before I take it on the road (so I don't kill myself lol) honestly, it's a lot larger and heavier than I thought it would be but I am a newbie with all motorcycles, I'm 5'5 and I barely reach the ground. This bike is larger than it looks in pics.. I bought one to put on the back of my rv but I'm stressing about getting it up on a hitch ramp by myself.. I'll think of something.. I wish they made a tilting hitch mounted ramp made of steel instead of aluminum, not sure that I can trust it as I get quite a bit of bounce in the rv offroad. I'm looking at one of these.

im only 5'7, use a longer ramp. when that thing tilts going to be hard to hold onto when it rocks. If the hitch is high, get a step stool, like one of those one level plastic ones. I used to have to use one to solo load bikes into my old f150. should have plenty of room to haul a folding ramp and stepstool in the rv.

regarding height...

my wife is 4'10 1/2". That being said, she has a cub but wanted to try the trail. I bought a set of adjustable rear shocks (that are also way better than the stockers, theres a post on here about them. under 100 bucks) and a diablo seat. you can effectively lower the back of the bike by an inch and a half with both these mods, and she can ride it now in her boots.

good luck w it.

I’ve used the harbor freight aluminum $79 version for thousands of miles and hundreds on dirt. No issues at all. The big bikes weigh a bit more too.

No worries with the reciever hitch carryer. I brought my from Maine to Florida without problems. I did have to tighten the pinch bolts on the anti-vibratio plate a couple of times; a wrench of the correct size for the pinch bolts is suggest equipent .Keep an eye on the straps.Try and find someone with experience to help you with the riding and shifting. You have a great litte machine so be patient with it at the beginning. Play it safe.
