Grom cam & stock ECU

I searched around a bit and didn't see this discussed anywhere, apologies if I missed it. Has anybody tried a stock Grom cam in a CT with the stock ECU?

I have parts Grom motor laying around with a cam in it...

For the same generation engine, it likely has the same exhaust and intake lift. For the JA65 it's even the same part number shared between the Trail, Grom, Super Cub, Monkey, and Dax.

The Trail's performance difference is probably mostly due to the the tune, exhaust, airbox, and gearing, with the tune being the most significant and what Honda call out.

I did try it. as stated... no difference
