Guidance installing Beez Deals long seat

I recently bought the Beez Deal Long Seat and there are no instructions.

Obviously the first step is to remove the the rear rack.

I removed the 2 center bolts.

Then I removed the bolt connecting the snorkel (I also bought an air filter cover to replace the snorkel)

But I am unsure about the placement of the brackets behind the rear shock bolts. Do I simply have to loosen the shock bolts and slide the old rack out and then slide the seat plate in? Or will I have to completely remove the bolt and slide off the shock? Should I be concerned about torque specs?

I ordered the service manual, which I assume would answer some of these questions but it hasn't gotten here yet. Any guidance is appreciated.

Hey there, I've been looking to pick up this long seat as well (sitting in my shopping cart on Beezdeals) and wondering how you ultimately made out with this? Was it as simple as loosening the shock bolts and sliding it out? How has the comfort been compared to the OEM seat? I haven't really seen any firsthand reviews on this. Thanks
