I've been in the forum a few weeks now and posted a couple of times already, then it occurred to me that I hadn't introduced myself!

I've had motorcycles all my life and currently have a number ranging between 1300cc down to 50cc I have an understanding wife, but then she rides and owns half the bikes anyway! The go-to question asked by friends when I show them a picture of a CT125 I have on order (from 'Seven Seas' of course) is always "But why?" I reply, "It'll be fun" and that seems to satisfy them! Friends with bikes have all said something along the lines of; "fab! - I can see why you want one - they look brilliant!"

I'm looking forward to it arriving and being on the road (probably mid October by the time the registration is sorted). Have bought a few things for it already (racks, DID X-ring drive chain etc.). A few of the other UK members have been in touch in replies to a post I made and I'm guessing a meet up may be on the cards at some stage!

It's been a while since I've seen a bike that just makes people smile!

I guess you have to have white rose coloured spectacles to live that side of the country but good to meet you anyway. I suggested elsewhere that a meet up in a central location might be fun for owners and prospectives alike - perhaps even Mark!. An overnight in a rustic pub with a blazing hearth, fine ales and nosh to match?

Aloha,
I too have had a number of bikes over the years, I had a 1984 Trail 110 up to a Honda 750. I now just have the Trail 125 and it is a lot of fun, enjoy and be safe!
