I recently purchase one from Canadian Tire (but it seems it is sold under many brands), it consist of steel square hitch tube with aluminium tracks to save weight and rated at 400lbs capacity.
One thing to be noted, the rack needs to be modify so it can be adapted to the CT wheel base. You need to move one aluminium crossbar and one steel anglebar to fit the rear wheel (17inch space needed like for the front wheel space).
Also, as a safety precaution and to prevent hitch pole bending under weight, i inserted a round tubing inside the square tubing about 2/3 of the lenght since the last 1/3 is only supporting the removable loading ramp.

That looks exactly like the Harbor Freight one, even down to the spacing off on the rear wheel. I was thinking the same about moving the bar so it sits correctly.
But your round tube inside the square tube is genius!!!
