What are the overall dimensions of the Honda Trail 125?

In order to fit in to a tiny U haul box trailer,

I need:
Total Height without the mirrors,
width of the handlebars.
bike's width with the front wheel turned an locked.

Is it possible to bring it to my dealer and have them
place the bike in a shipping crate after I have added
crash bars and stuff?

You'd have to talk to your dealer and ask about the crate. I don't know how Honda does it, but for Harleys the dealerships usually have to ship the crates back for them to be inspected, repaired if needed (crates get beat up in shipping, that's their purpose), and then reused again for the specific model they were designed for. I know plenty of people who have kept the crates to their Italian motorcycles though and used the wood panels for shop decorations, so it likely varies by what the dealer is able to and willing to do for you.

The trail comes in a steel frame crate wrapped in cardboard, it's large enough to hold the bike assembled but without mirrors installed.
See here for a video of it:

I think the benefit to the crate would be for transporting it with other items. If you are renting a fully enclosed trailer that it will fit in and don't plan on having other items in there with it, just tying the bike down properly should be good enough.

I am impressed on how easy it looks to set up the Honda Trail 125. Dealer Prep was $500.00
and they added an Addendum as well.

Dealer prep may as well just read as "dealer markup". Some dealers don't charge it, they already make a profit off of MSRP, even in areas where operating costs for a business are high like Poway Powersports right outside San Diego. It seems like it's becoming more common for dealerships to focus heavily on new sales and not the rest of what makes a dealership a holistic business. I spend more money at shops that have skilled and careful mechanics, are involved in their community (host bike nights, vintage shows, track days, etc), incentivize buying OEM and aftermarket parts through them, and actually carry common gear. When I bought my Trail I asked the dealership if they'd throw in free t-shirt with their logo on it... they didn't have a t-shirt with their logo on it, just a generic Honda shirt, which they asked me to write a Google Review for... nope.
