DISCLAIMER: VERY early stage of planning...

I'd like to ride the MABDR: https://ridebdr.com/mabdr/

I don't know exactly when, or how much of it I want to do, but it's right in my backyard (I live in Pennsylvania) and at some point I'm going to give it a go. I'd like to do it with others, because it's more fun than solo.

If you are up for such an adventure, for now just respond to the poll. No commitments, at this time, just gauging interest.

Thanks,
Trailboss

I did it from somewhere in the middle (don't remember where). North then back to the middle on our own gravel route then south and back to the middle again.

I would love to in the fall if that's you timeline? Please keep me in the loop, thanks
Forgot to mention that. Yes, Fall. Too much planning and logistics to do it earlier. Time off, all that. I think I'm going to ride a decent portion of the Cross PA Adventure Trail (CPAAT) this Spring, do a full MABDR in the Fall, and the perhaps NE BDR next year.

Did you ever end up working a plan out ? Did it in my Tacoma before I sold it and parts on an Africa Twin. HAve a '23 Trail as well I'm outfitting. In Southeastern PA...

I started to figure out a plan and didn't like the point-to-point logistics, especially with a bike that can't do highway.

I've been looking at the PA Wilds BDR-X instead, and I'll probably take the KTM. If you have any interest in that give me a shout.

Will be doing the BDRX, just not on the Africa Twin. Don't overthink it, just went 10k on the TAT with the Africa twin. My goal is to slow it down. I don't have to be anywhere fast. I'm off of the Hamster wheel.

The middle of the state is motorcycle heaven. So many good roads, both paved and unpaved.

Around our area though there isn't much for unpaved, just pockets here and there. Look for state game lands on the map, usually the roads through them are unpaved.

Thanks for the tip, I found this state game map that does have quite a few seasonal roads as well.
