I have had my iPhone 12 camera replaced twice since August. Come to find out certain motorcycle vibration frequencies can cause the camera focusing functions to malfunction. Google it and read my experience with mounting the camera to the handlebar. I really like having my phone on my handlebars and having it plugged into my USB accessory for charging. I took the advice from a friend and ordered the Quadlock system and dampener tonight. I’ll post how it works when I get it.

I've read that, too, and Apple finally made an acknowledgement of it: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT212803
Have been using the QuadLock mount & dampener on my bikes with Android phones for a bit now. When you go offroad it does bounce around and rebound quite a bit more where it might lessen the harshness of that vibration, but it certainly doesn't make it easier to read the screen. I always thought wireless charging was a gimmick until I switched to their wireless charging mount too, it's nice not having to deal with plugging your phone in or worrying about GPS burning the battery while riding. Haven't gotten to it on the CT125, but it's on my list to wire that up same as my Scrambler has.

After losing two iPhone 7 models to camera damage my optical image stabilised iPhone SE now stays safe and dry in a pocket. The nav duties are now performed by the last model to use digital image stabilisation, ie a $30 burner iPhone 6S from eBay. It sits in a RAM specific holder ($17) and any needed internet data is hotspotted from the phone in my pocket - so no SIM card needed
