Glad you were able to get over your mental hurdle and make the video. Hopefully that will get your spirits up and thinking about the future.
As for the 1000 mile trip, you might want to wait a little and build up your stamina/confidence once you hop back on the bike.

I was definitely stuck and I hope getting this video out will free up my ability to make videos again.
I plan too much and it gets in the way. I'll probably just jump on the bike and do it once I'm healed up. Dry runs and wanting to be 100% prepped has kept me from really trying to do it.
