First off, absolute pain to take off the spinning weights. Impact, rag (for scratches, and some grippy boys pictures below was the effective method.

I didn’t leave enough length to put the weights back on cause I didn’t measure beforehand.

Cut the stock grips. Sanded down throttle tube- passenger side needed no sanding. Work the grips on quick cause the glue (where gloves and don’t use TOO much glue). Had the mess with the throttle cable housing afterword cause it was sticking.

They get warm, look nice, and feel great. Would recommend! Should extend my riding season here in CO.

Looks great. I've only had one set of heated grips, and they caught fire, so I'll likely install pogies before I start putting heated grips on the bike 😂.

Also I require more photos of the dog.

Niice!
Can you walk me through how you trained your pup? Do you secure them to the rear rack? Definitely looking to take mine on some adventures, and even overnight if possible.
While waiting for a response, one way to get your dog excited is to make the first 20 trips to the dog park or somewhere else they love.

Warning: Getting your dog excited about going on the motorcycle may mean walking out and finding your dog waiting to go on the motorcycle if you have a larger dog. She normally rides with me on the bicycle but somehow made the connection between bicycle and motorcycle.

It looks more like she's waiting for YOU to hop in the basket there 🤣

This is amazing and I can totally see Luna doing this same thing after some time!

We just started in bicycle basket when she was a pup. Clipped her collar to the upper edge of the basket with 6” or so of slack, easy to keep tabs when the basket was on the front. We got lucky, she got used to it. On the trail bikes I have a fake grass base for grip.
Sorry I don’t have any real tips, maybe we got lucky but it has been great for 12 years so far!

Crazy thing is she hates riding in the car since we took her in a little plane, loves the bikes and Moto’s though

These are all great tips. I also have an electric bike that I can get her to try on- just need to mount up a basket for her. She got the doggles already and soon enough we’ll turn some heads!
