Not sure about the rack / winch set-up, but I am around your same age and have been loading my bike solo in the back of my ridgeline with a pair of folding ramps from Harbor Freight (one for me and one for the bike). it is a reasonably light bike. I have had no issues in the 10-12 times I have loaded it up so far.

I added the non-skid tape

Pretty sure I could close the tailgate if I loaded it in diagonally, but it is just easier to go straight in the middle and then strap it down with 6 straps. Very easy and very secure.

Nice set up I’m possibly picking up a 125 this week to
Haul in my Ridgeline.

It's best to have your straps ready even before you load your dirt bike to save yourself the trouble of holding down the bike on the truck bed. To accomplish this, make sure your straps are in place at the truck bed's attach points, which are typically at the corner of the bed.

I have a receiver on the front of my truck and drag, guessing push, the trail bike around strapped to a carrier on the front receiver.
Been doing it for years on the '77 and now on the '23.
Only issue is I have to loosen the handle bar clamps and rotate bars on the '23 so I don't know blocked view. The '77 has the bar lock so I can rotate it easily.
