Lowering the ct125

K-Speed sell a thin seat and lowering suspension kit for the CT125:

Some owners regear the bike for low speed torque which could also help with pulling away from a stop so you don't have to balance it as much.

lowering might not help, but you can fit lower shocks or adjustable ones. my wifes 4'10", she learned you have to move to get the gyroscope effect of the wheels working for you. .02

Can you measure the ground to the top o seat?

Sorry for the late reply but attaching some pics. They’re ground to seat while on the side stand and while on the center stand.
