I originally ordered the 3.00, but this is what showed up. It may actually be better for the slab. I'll let you know about the dirt performance. I'm going to try to get an all up test ride in the next couple weeks. I have another week long trip on the 1st.
Yes, please let us know how those Michelin tires handle. I commute 100 miles round trip for work and 6 of those are on a gravel road. I'm super curious! They look better than I thought they would.

Got the bike on the Mototote today, for the trip to San Clemente on Friday. I'm driving to Tucson tomorrow to pick up my friend, who will drive the truck for support. This was the first time I've tried to load the bike, and it didn't work out so well the first time. I lost control of it, and it fell off the rack. The only thing that had a little scrape was the end of the Barkbuster handguard. No other damage. It started right up from it's short nap. The rack is solid on the truck, and the bike is solid on the rack. I'm still a bit apprehensive, as I've never used a rack before.
