That's interesting. The NH DMV website confirms they use the MSF curriculum, but the MSF stopped using a figure-8 about a decade ago.

The grass growing thru the cracks in the asphalt may be an indicator how old this lot is. The back parking lots at ELBIT Systems in Merrimac has similar layouts, grass in cracks and is currenyly used by MOST in Manchester.

Paint doesn't typically last that long by me. Ranges have to be repainted every few years to keep the lines as bright as they appear in your photos. There is one that had a faint figure-8 visible a few years back, but that has since faded to invisibility.
