Went with the Webike kit. IMPORTANT - They only tell you in the fine print that you need another piece to mount it on - "Sub Tank Kit." It's well made.

I’m jealous. Those seem impossible to come by.Added fuel tank from my ct 90. Seems to ride well.
Webike sells them...except you need to have the mount that attaches to the rack/tail light...both combined will be well north of $300...I’m jealous. Those seem impossible to come by.
What's the mount for this look like?I have the 3 liter can on the side, can't tell it's there.whwtView attachment 1025

I meant the fuel container, not bracket. Everywhere I looked I saw out of stock and discontinued. I’m not seeing it on Webike. I ended up going another route after searching (including Japan eBay). But I think the old school one is neat.Webike sells them...except you need to have the mount that attaches to the rack/tail light...both combined will be well north of $300...
That’s much more fiscally responsible than my $$$ totally unneeded Japanese option. But I guess I could say the same about this bike I like that bottle. I think I’ll pick one up.I’m going to wrap this in a white rag and strap it to my front rack:

What gas tanks and mounts are shown here?
Looks like a Rotopax. Or is this a 2 L water tank from TARKS?
But what sizes and mounts?
There are SO many sizes.
What mounts?
So many choices
Where did you get the straps you have holding the fuel bottles?I have been watching this thread for a while. Someone else mentioned the MSR fuel cans. Two of these strapped to a center rack on the bike gave me plenty of range. I used rubber bicycle straps to hold them in place.
My test run on the stock fuel tank got me 130+- miles before the bike started to sputter (pavement). With these two the range is beyond what is needed even when off pavement.
I’d splurge for the $350 setup but can’t get myself to do it.
Those are either Voile straps or some equivalent. You can buy them from some bicycle stores, ski stores, sporting stores, or Amazon. I got mine from my local bicycle store because bikepackers love them.Where did you get the straps you have holding the fuel bottles?
Same for me. I picked them up at a biking/hiking shop on sale but Amazon, REI, etc. has them too. Those are either Voile straps or some equivalent. You can buy them from some bicycle stores, ski stores, sporting stores, or Amazon. I got mine from my local bicycle store because bikepackers love them.
I like that setup, have a few similar bottles myself, but mount them via a fire extinguisher holder with a quick disconnect (for another bike). https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MW24JL7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I have been watching this thread for a while.
