Thanks for that referral, I hope they will make them in the future.Unfortunately these handlebars don't do that. It likely got dropped for safety reasons. There are aftermarket folding ones, sold for the new Monkey, that might fit on the CT125. Search U Dom Karnchang folding handlebars to see them. Like many aftermarket bars they might need drilling for the pegs in the controls to fit into the bars.
The bike is widest at the handlebars so decreasing the width of the handlebars makes it overall more slim, thus it will take up less space. The CT90s of the '70s came with a provision for folding the handlebars so they fit more easily on a vehicle mounted carrier, front or rear.... how would the bars affect it being loaded on a back rack?/rail
Ummmmm, no. It weighs almost 300#. If you do please please post a pic.I’m interested in turning the handlebars as well. I don’t have an SUV or truck - the only car I have is provided through work and I cannot add a tow hitch to it. The only way for me to transport the bike is in the back of the car (hatchback).
Haven’t done this yet but it’s the plan.
I’ll look into the ones for the Honda Monkey.
