Let's put together a showing of everyone's tailbags, milk crates, hard luggage bags you're putting on the cargo rack. I'm looking at a few on Amazon, but not ready to pull the trigger. Leaning towards one of the Nelson-Riggs bags or may just cheap out and buy some generic one. There's one called Begikk that looks OK for the money. Would like to see what you've all done, where you got the pieces and prices paid.

Well I have no patience and ended up getting this Kemi Moto bag. $72 all in from Amazon and delivery later today. It’s about 15”x13” so should fit nicely on the 18”x16” rear rack.

This is working for me for smaller trips. I have a larger Drybag for over nights. Fits a helmet as well.

Great idea for a post thread! I love bags of all kinds. Been looking for a pannier style bag for my trail for a few weeks. My rack will be in from beezdeals on Wednesday. I like the trident tail bag from cycle gear and the tusk bags. I looked into getting an aluminum pannier made but stopped when I was told it wasn’t going to be inexpensive. Here is a pic of my milk carton. My friend sent the flags and a little bottle of patchouly to me when he saw my bike. Jokes on him because I like both. C66033B8-F881-4AC6-9542-AF6AD2D34D3C.jpeg

I like this EMGO helmet trunk ($65)...it's lockable, water proof, quick detach with one button and has a carrying handle... :)

So as I'm checking out this thread, the dogs start barking. That usually means Mr. Amazon, Mr. Ebay, or Mr. Sam's Club is coming with presents. The Kemi Moto bag arrived same day, just as Bezos the Bald promised. Granted, I ordered after midnight and it showed up around 9PM, but a promise made and kept. Put four strips of foam insulation on the rack to help the bag grip a little better and to reduce scratches. Happy with the bag. It expands, has two loops for a tiny lock, and a decent rain cover.

trying.... not letting me attach photos. Keeps saying Oops we ran into problems. I could text or email them to you. Will try again later to upload. have about 10 pics of it.
Having issues myself. My last post doesn’t have a pic on it. I don’t think you can attach pics bigger than 1 mb.

Mine is a tail bag. They might also sell saddle bags if that's what you're looking for. I don't plan to do big trips on the CT. Just want something to put extra clothes, food, drinks for day rides.

I decided to re-use an old Jesse Luggage top case off of my GS. It has many miles/smiles on it and all the stickers to prove it! Now I just need to figure out how to mount the box to an old cargo plate I have. I'm thinking about using spacers or some type of rubber membrane to protect the rack paint.

That box will be great!, I use a cheap rubber door mat under my box, works really good.
