I don't know about everyone else out there but one thing about the Cub that's bugged me since new is the amount of leaning with the side stand, especially with the taller tires I run now so I decided to finally do a little cut n hack and stretch it out a bit.
The stand was extended by 3/4"
Il post some pictures of the caliper in case someone else wants to go this way, although I'm sure they are many different ways to do it.IMG20250703071646.jpgIMG20250702135244.jpgIMG20250702134105.jpgIMG20250702134035.jpgIMG20250702133518.jpgIMG20250702133427.jpg

The picture is of the after it was welded and painted.
It looked pretty much the same before, just 3/4" shorter..
Usually I try to keep a original look if I can.
But if you put a 3/4" block under the side stand it would give you a idea of the difference it makes.
It's really hard to notice the difference in leaning in a picture, but I can say it's worth doing especially if you have something loaded up on the back.
Of course you can extend it as much as you like if you have taller tires.
I'm running 2.75sIMG20250703074300.jpg
