TL,DR:
Ang, aka @SomeGuyRides on here and Youtube, has been prepping his RE Himalayan for rolling up the East Coast BDRs
The Himalayan started suffering some ongoing issue that prevented it from running well
He dropped it off for servicing and after getting the runaround, it looks like Little Ugly Homefry will might be doing the East Coast BDRs. CT125 adventure again babyyyyyyy!!

Other:
Ang ran into the same problem for how to transport bikes, just like I did. We know with these CT125's sometimes it can be a little dangerous to rely on something other than shipping to get it to and from the start and finish lines. After running into some $$$$$ logistics issues with cost for U-Haul, etc. he found that he could rent a F-150 for $ from Enterprise and strap the CT125 down in the back of the F-150 instead. And we know from Ed March and Itchyboots, a Toyota Sienna and some wrenches will also work. Of course, you still need to solve the ramp-to-get-it-in-the-truck problem, but food for thought.

(Personal note: I'm especially invested in this as I've been eying off the WABDR, but am running into time logistics for whether it will be possible or not.)

I haven't finished watching the TAT series. I CAN'T finish it because I don't want it to end.
My heart ACHES to get out into the world, I am made to endure this type of suffering and love it, revel in it. My life does not allow it.
I've had some wonderful mini-adventures, wife and I are (today!) planning our first drive&ride to a state park, but it will only scratch an itch.
Oh well, take what we can get. Fortunately he's put out some more videos, and there's plenty of folks here who are posting great content.
Also, LOL, I took my daughter for an all-day ride down to a state park on the Gold Wing last week, she's been obsessed with taking the riding course at local college and was thinking about a Himalayan.
She just wants to ride rough roads, not highway riding.
I'll forward this to her!
