Yes. If you have an M6 thread restorer tool it should clean the paint out without as much risk as running a tap through it. Or apply some lubricant for the first fitting of the bolts and then remove them again and clear the debris.the pre tapped holes on the rear rack, they 6mmx1.0? Figuring the paint in the threads is making it tight but before I get heavy handed thought I'd ask.....
I was thinking of running a tap thru but running an oiled flange bolt in and out should be able to clear the paint out. Thanks for confirming threadYes.
