Texas Meetup/Ride

Anyone in Texas yet? Would love to get a ride going somewhere in central Texas near Austin soon.

Ain't no trees, just bushes, and the horses are at least half as big. Got any shade? I will send you some pics if you need convincing,or just get on the tube
and check out Mount Rogers, White Top Va. or Mountain City Tenn to Shady Valley Tenn, on to Bristol TN. And large area with back roads will keep you
busy for weeks if you got the time, and you will not stop thinking about it, and will constantly be wanting to bring your little buddy back here.

I got a pretty good laugh out of this. Have to be careful around the Grayson Highlands ponies, they'll eat the shirt off your back if you've been sweating enough salt.



QuasiMotard is out in the Houston area I think and has a fleet of mini motos including the CT125, might be worth reaching out to if you can split the difference or haul the bikes to meet up. He just had a video of riding the Navi to Austin.

I saw them when I went riding the other day. White Top road at top of the hill, known as Elk Garden. A place to park and hike up to Mount Rogers. I have picture on phone, do not know how to attach.

I am in the Ft Worth area, and would love to scout out some hood routes here. It's still way too hot to ride, though, so I'll have to wait until fall!

You bet! I’m in NWSA and would love to meet up for hill country rides. Around Wimberly would be a great first ride.
But I prefer not to deal with Austin traffic. Looking forward to talking with you!

I’m out in Austin, Tx as well. Been here for a couple of years. I’m currently in the process of negotiating for Honda Trail 125. Hopefully I can get it by the end of this week. But when I do, we can meet up if you’re still up for it. Need some riding friends. Even if the message is still old, feel free to message me.

That’s what’s up man. I assume you have a Honda Trail as well? If not, that’s totally fine. I’m waiting on a few people to give me a good deal on the Trail 125. Not at all a fast bike but I would like to meet up for rides as long as they’re okay with the small engine I’ll be having lol. Feel free to send me PM to have a better to connect

For what it’s worth, I just joined another forum (Honda Trail 125 Forum) & they’re planing a Honda Trail meet up with a few riders coming into Sedona, Az. I’m currently planning on how I’m getting from Austin, Tx to Arizona but if anyone wants to link up in anyway to head out there. Lmk soon
