Personally, I do not expect it to be announced for the USA market, though it would be nice if it was! It's likely something that can be wired up to a USA model with some DIY work, similar to how folks in Japan have wired them to pre-2025MY CT125s. As for lighting updates, I haven't heard that. In other markets the lights seem to have remained the same for the latest model year, with the headlight being a common part between the Trail, Monkey, Super Cub, and Dax.

It has the updated mirrors for 2025, it still does not have the Japanese & Canadian market rear carrier with the additional weld-nuts for accessories.

Unlike with the Dax, where a shipment was one color, followed by another shipment sometime later of the other color, it looks like each dealer that gets a 2025 Trail 125 gets both colors in the same initial shipment. Here is a 250 mile search centered in Ohio:

Will the rear carrier have the additional weldnuts on it for accessories, like Japan and Canada have received?

From photos being shared from new owners online, we can now rule this out. The 2025 model year USA market bike does not have the additional M8 attachment points on the rear carrier, only the 4x M6 threaded holes same as all other years of the USA market bike.
