Just a plug to keep an eye on the Motohunt.com website. I randomly got lucky and found a new one listed at a Honda dealership in South Dakota and picked it up yesterday.

I just picked mine up last night. Same issue as you, mine arrived at the dealer last week but they had to order the recall replacement part. The part only took a few days to come in so hopefully you will have yours soon!I went to visit and pay for my motorcycle at the dealership yesterday.
They would not let it out of the building until the recall was completed.
It‘s not going to see pavement until at least April around here anyway, so I’m in no hurry.
I’m just happy knowing that it is there. So for Now I just stare at the photos I took.
Do we know when they typically do these announcements? I would 100% ask my dealer to hold my deposit longer for a khaki one...I have a deposit with a local dealer here and spoke with them again this week. I will get the next bike they get in, but the salesman thinks it will be a 2022 model year. No word whether that means different color or just the same as the 2021 model. Still waiting on the official Honda announcement for 2022.
The Hondaprokevin Youtube Channel's last video suggested the next CT125 announcement by Honda USA would be in March. Not sure whether it will be for 2022, 2023 or both. Also if Honda follows its past actions if there are no real mechanical changes to a bike from one model year to the next, then getting a different color is likely for the new model year. I am crossing my fingers for the green but will take whichever one arrives.Do we know when they typically do these announcements? Update....2-11-22 We drove up and picked the bike up today. here are a couple pictures. Cheers!! (we ran in to some winter!)I got an email this morning from my Honda dealer........It showed up!! I first contacted him October 26 , He told me then about this time next year, three months later who woulda thunk. Cheers!!
I love how my dealers are saying freight is like $800-900 dollars. I was $5500 out the door. I knew I was getting kind of screwed. Oh well. (I'm in Atlanta, GA)I got THE CALL this afternoon, mine has arrived. Honda has increased the delivery fee to $300.00 but my dealer said they would eat the $100.00 since I was a good long time (30 years) customer. Out the door $4725.00. The gentleman I spoke with was a salesman when I first went there looking for a CT90 30 years ago, today he is the president of the company.
Destination Charge: $200.00
Freight Surcharge: $100.00
A "destination charge" (also called a freight charge) is the amount a dealer is charged by American Honda to cover transportation, fuel, and packing material for each unit shipped to a dealership.
In other words, "You meet the nicest people on a Honda--except in the dealership."It says right on the Honda website what they charge the dealerships.

Search the site for "destination charge" and it will return:
Back in Oct 2020 it was $190. Freight costs in general have gone up a LOT since then, but not enough to make it the $800-900 your dealers are saying.

Picking up my Honda Trail next weekend. Sitting at the dealer 2 1/2 hours away.
Less than $5000 out the door.
What part of the country are you in?Hello all. Lurker here with a deposit on a 2022 Trail 125. I called my dealer this week and they said that they were expecting an announcement from Honda about an ATV and "something mini-moto" which they were anticipating to be about the Trail 125 because as he put it "there's nothing else it could be". So fingers crossed we'll be hearing some news soon!
