I’ve been enjoying all the great information and exchanges on the site, and finally decided to post. I ordered a Trail on September 10, 2020, the second person to place a deposit at that dealer. I telephoned monthly just to check in, but saw all of 2021 pass by without seeing my motorcycle. During that time the dealer says they saw exactly one arrive last April. After 17 months it arrived, and the dealer brought it 35 miles to my house on February 12 (really, delivered to my garage with no extra charge). I paid msrp plus state tax and Honda’s current $300 shipping. I have only appreciation for the dealer, LandAir in Essex Jct. Vermont for being unfailingly patient and fair to deal with in a difficult time.

The weather is finally starting to break here in Vermont, but the roads are still covered in salt and sand, so my Trail is showing exactly zero miles on the clock. Hope to be riding by April.

The 2” model from Takara Tomy is the only Super Cub I own. I came close to purchasing a real one in August 2020, but decided to hold out for the Trail. I didn’t know at the time that it would take quite so long. I admired the 1/12 scale Trail, it looks wonderfully detailed!

Hey guys - Naults is showing a CT125 at their Manchester NH store, VIN is shown as MLHJA5553M5002432. I've no idea if it is actually available, though having a real VIN seems hopeful.

5 2022 Honda Trail 125 bikes just arrived at NAULT's PowerSports in Windham NH.
The dealership is full of new 4 x 4 ATV's, all kinds of motorcycles, generators,
pontoon boats, trailers. generators, etc.
603 898 4466 ask for Cliff ...
I purchased one. More bikes are arriving in July.
I am climbing thru all the paperwork now: registration, plates, insurance, etc.

At my dealer now (getting shift lever recall replaced) talked to the owner and he said only got 3 bikes last year and will only get 3 more bikes this year (with a long waiting list still). Not sure if any other dealers are gettting more. Good luck!

If you've got a deposit down and you're waiting, what news have you heard? I need to contact my dealer, he had no info except that they weren't even able to order the bike until 10/15, so I have no clue when mine is arriving. I'm going to shoot an email and see if I can't get an update.
Ordered in Dec 2020 Stubborn's 2021 Honda Trail 125 finally arrived as 2022 model. Only a year and a half wait.

Back in April 22, I happened to call a local Nor Cal dealership. Sales said he had 5 coming in June. 4 were taken but I got my name on the fifth. I thought this was some sales BS to have 5 coming but I bit. He called me today, pick up tomorrow. $5700 OTD. Frankly I expected way more $ in the Bay Area which I wasn’t going to pay.

Good for you!
What S/N? Did you get charged for ADDENDUM?
(How come CA gets so many and New England doesn't?)

In dealing with the local dealerships in CA, I think a lot of it comes down to dealership relationship with Mother Honda and thier brand sales numbers. Sell more Honda’s, get more Honda’s (and the desirable ones).

By the way, the salesman said he is so happy to see this last of 5 to leave the lot and is SICK of fielding calls about Trail 125 availability! 🤣

The dealer I'm going through said he was an old school dealer and can beat everyone else around for price. He took my name and number. He then said, " I have 3 of them arriving mid june and your number 3 so they're all accounted for." It was that simple. We'll see. If he doesn't deliver, I'll just keep hunting.

Just got a call from my dealership here in Utah and they said that I should plan on some time in 2023. They took way too many deposits and only received 15 in 2021 and are expecting about the same this year. Has anyone had better luck in Utah or surrounding States?

My Dad had a CT90 when I was a kid. That's part of the reason. 61 here.
Yer just a kid! Bought this red Trail 125 instead of a scooter for use with my RV. Need to navigate what's up that dirt road? Need to get groceries and not lose your parking spot? I'm over 70 now and retired.

I am looking to buy another CT125 soon. I sold my unregistered one to rtwpaul last year and he is coming soon to Tellico Plains TN soon on his around the USA ride so I hope to see him there.
Tellico is just over the Cherohala Skyway from our summer place close to Robbinsville TN.
