    Sounds like a warranty issue you should not have to fix yourself. And it sounds like Honda has a quality control problem at the jungle hut where the trails are made;)

    The most comfortable seat I have found is the stock seat on the Honda Cub. Figure out a way to put that on a Trail and I'm sure you would be impressed

    Its funny, my cub, which is the same motor and auto clutch as the trail, required no adjustment, and it has more miles than the trail. Built in different places?

    Glad you brought this up. I watched a UTube video and followed the simple instructions, went for a ride this morning and its way smooth now, my trail only has 200 miles on it. It made an incredible difference, really
