    ROTATING HANDLEBARS?

The bike is widest at the handlebars so decreasing the width of the handlebars makes it overall more slim, thus it will take up less space. The CT90s of the '70s came with a provision for folding the handlebars so they fit more easily on a vehicle mounted carrier, front or rear.

    ROTATING HANDLEBARS?

Who knows how to make the handlebars turn like the CT90 so the bike will more easily fit on the back of a vehicle's carry rack?
